Today I've been having lots of strange, different symptoms. One of them is seeing bright, sparkly stars floating in my vision. It's comparable to watching a hand-held, Independence day fire sparkler emitting light. I was always afraid to get one of those sparkles to land on/burn my skin. Now I got them in my eyes. It kinda looks like I'm sporadically and momentarily traveling through space on hyper-drive like in those Star Trek movies.
Another symptom, not so strange, is the cervical pain I feel. The doctor told me to call Labor and Delivery if the daily contractions I've felt just a week ago start to increase even just a little bit. I'm not listening to her advice though. It's a Sunday night and I want to get my sleep. I'm assuming what I'm feeling are mildly painful contractions that are nothing to worry about. I'm 35 weeks now and I'm going to get myself into the hospital when things get really exciting.
Anyways, this week I'm supposed to get an ultrasound to see how large this baby's head could be. This enables the doctors to estimate if baby Chloe could pass through my pelvis. If Breanna's midwife could feel Breanna's big head around this stage, then the doctors should most definitely have confidence that baby Chloe could pass through because I feel like she's much smaller than Bre...or so I think.
