My heart rate and heart palpitations ended up being normal. Here is the note from the doctor who read my Holter Monitor Read:
Normal sinus rhythm with average heart rate of 58 bpm. No pauses. Rare
PACs. Occasional isolated PVCs. Frequent diary notations predominantly
correlate with normal sinus rhythm, and occasionally correlate with PVCs.
In the end she thinks my heart palpitations are related to my increased anxiety and stress with having an extra responsibility.
