OVEN - BAKED DRUMSTICKS

Ingredients
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
12 chicken drumsticks
1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix flour, salt, paprika, and pepper in a bowl. Dip chicken drumsticks into butter; roll in flour mixture to coat. Arrange in an ungreased pan. Bake, uncovered, until done, about 50 minutes. Yields: 12 drumsticks.
