Lifestyle Changes

Lately I've been getting lots of attention about the healthy way I eat. I think it's awesome because I get "brag rights" (as my coworker Margaret would call it) about something good that needs to be shared. I've been reading and rereading a great resource book called Scale Down by Danna Demetre who helps me examine my body, soul, and spirit for lifestyle changing. Her motto is Small Changes Add Up In Big Ways. Included in her teachings are basic principles from God such as taking care of your body because it's God's temple, balancing your six-dimensional life (physical, material, mental, emotional, relational, spiritual), changing your habits of thinking, eating, exercise, and a bunch of details that can only be uncovered through reading - and rereading - this book. I kinda wish that she was my in-house life coach and got us back on track when things in our household got mismanaged. Anyways, if you wanted any tips from her, read her book or call me because I'm trying to memorize everything she's teaching.
